I call the Committee on Transportation Infrastructure to order.  Pursuant to Committee Rule 6F, House Rule 11, Clause 2HF, the Chairman may postpone further proceedings today on any question of approving any measure or matter or adopting an amendment in which a recorded vote of yeas and nays is ordered.  I'd ask unanimous consent that the Chairman be authorized to declare a recess at any time during today's meeting.  Without objection, that is so ordered.   A bill and amendment text have been distributed electronically, and paper copies are also available here in the hearing room.  As a reminder, the committee may use an electronic voting system for any requested recorded votes.  Today, the committee is considering an amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R.  6422, the American Water Stewardship Act, H.R.  6267, the Aviation Supply Chain Safety and Security Digitization Act,   2025.  An amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R.  5663.  The ACPA, the ACPAC, Modernization Act.  And an amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R.  6427, the Airport Regulatory Relief Act of 2025.  H.R.  6460, the Recreation Drone Empowerment Act.   And an amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R.  6086, the Aviation Funding Solvency Act.  An amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R.  3410, the Supersonic Aviation Modernization Act, H.R.  5783, the State Actions for Employment, Transportation, Risk Assessment, and Crossing Knowledge Strategy Act.  H.R.  6480, to direct the Administrator of General Services to submit a report to Congress on the state of the Rio.   real estate portfolio of the public building service, and for other purposes, H.R.  6481, the Federal Building Threat Notification Act, and General Service Administration capital improvement and leasing program resolutions.
