And infrastructure to order. Pursuant to Committee Rule 6F and House Rule 11, Clause 2HF, the chairman may postpone further proceedings today on any question of approving any measure of matter or adopting an amendment in which a recorded vote of the yeas and nays are ordered. I'd ask unanimous consent that the chairman be authorized to declare recess at any time during today's meeting, and without objection, that is so ordered. All roster text has been distributed electronically, and paper copies are also available here in the hearing room. Today the committee is considering one order of business, which is the approval of the revised subcommittee roster due to membership changes on the majority side. So I call up the subcommittee roster for consideration without objection. The roster will be considered as read and I'd recognize myself for a quick statement. Pursuant to House Resolution 300, Congressman Jimmy Petronas was appointed to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. The revised roster simply reflects the addition of Congressman Petroni of Florida's 1st District to three subcommittees, which are the Subcommittee on Aviation, Subcommittee on Coast Guard, and the Maritime Transportation, and the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment. Before coming to Congress, Representative Petroni held several positions, including State Fire Marshal, Florida's Chief Financial Officer, and was also a member of Florida's House of Representatives. As Congress, the T&I Committee has a very aggressive agenda, and we're gonna advance legislation to reauthorize our nation's surface transportation programs, authorize the United States Coast Guard, improve America's water resources infrastructure, and implement the necessary reforms to ensure aviation safety and many more things. Congressman Petrone, I welcome your input. As we work on these major pieces of legislation, we look forward to your contributions now that you've joined the committee and completed the final roster. Do any other members wish to be recognized for statement on subcommittee? Mr. Petrana.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Just looking forward to join the team and be a team player. Absolutely. Is there any further discussion? Seeing none, I'd ask unanimous consent for the approval of revised subcommittee roster due to membership changes on the majority side. And without objection, that is so ordered and the revised subcommittee roster is approved. Pursuant to Rule 6F of the Rules of the Committee on Transportation Infrastructure, the Chairman notes the presence of a quorum for actions taken on all committee business today, and without objection, that is so ordered. I ask unanimous consent that the staff be authorized to make all necessary technical clarifying conforming changes to each of the items adopted today to reflect the actions of the committee, and without objection, that is so ordered. We've completed the full committee's business for the day. However, I'd like to note that Subcommittee on Highway and Transit has a hearing immediately following our conclusion here today. And with that, the committee stands adjourned. you
